How to Add a Square Shape in Word

1. Open Word. In the top menu ribbon, go to Insert  and click on it once:

2. Under Insert, look for an icon named Shapes and click on it once. Wait for a drop-down menu to appear.

3. This drop down menu contains a lot of shapes. Out of all these shapes we will choose the square one by clicking on it once:

4. Once clicked, the shape will be added into the Word document:
